Our requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience in ETL development and data processing pipelines
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Proficiency in Python for backend or data engineering tasks
- Experience with event-driven architectures, preferably with Kafka or similar technologies
- Ability to design and work with REST APIs
- Experience with Spring Boot or similar backend frameworks
- Practical experience incorporating AI tools into engineering workflows (e.g., requirement analysis, documentation, refactoring support)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing environments
- High level of independence, ownership, and organizational skills
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
