Employer requirements

Your responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune endpoint management (enrollment, policies, apps, updates, scripts, lifecycle controls).
  • Lead Windows device onboarding and migrations (Autopilot, provisioning, tenant enrollment, readiness checks, post-deployment support).
  • Drive endpoint modernization (Windows, Mac, mobile), including security readiness (TPM 2.0, Secure Boot) and compliance tracking.
  • Package, deploy, and support enterprise apps in Intune, ensuring proper scoping, testing, licensing, and change control.
  • Support EUC integrations for partners (device discovery, user readiness, app validation, print setup, go-live, hypercare).
  • Manage cloud printing solutions (Printix, Uniflow) across deployment, configuration, and secure print workflows.
  • Collaborate with asset management and vendors on hardware lifecycle, inventory, and procurement readiness.
  • Work with security, identity, and infrastructure teams to align endpoints with enterprise policies and access controls.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for endpoints, apps, compliance, printing, and user productivity issues.
  • Maintain documentation (SOPs, guides, runbooks, knowledge articles) for endpoint services and EUC workflows.
