Our requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in Technical Support
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online / Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server / SQL Database Administration
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good customer-facing and communication skills
- Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in Kraków
