- 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in AI projects.
- Deep understanding of GenAI concepts – Transformers, Pretraining, Finetuning
- Proven experience leading technical teams (mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions).
- Ability to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Track record of delivering Software/AI projects from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Feeling comfortable with Scripting (Bash, Python).
- Experience working with AI Engineers, System Architects and Cloud Architects.
- Problem solving mindset - ability to troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems, as well as help Engineers in their daily work.
- Attention to detail.
- Good English skills - B2+.

Your responsibilities
