At Blue Language Labs, we are building for a future where agentic AI becomes a practical growth engine for businesses — not just a tool for automation, but a new way to discover opportunities, build relationships, and increase revenue.
To help bring this vision to local businesses, we are looking for a Field Product Manager who can act as a bridge between local businesses, our product, and the technology team. This is a role for someone who understands customers, listens carefully, builds trusted relationships, translates business needs into actionable product insights, and works closely with developers to improve the product based on real market feedback.
You don’t just use AI tools; you are curious about how they can solve real business problems, unlock new commercial opportunities, and help people work in smarter, more creative ways.
Blue Language Labs works remotely as a company. However, this Field Product Manager role will involve frequent in-person meetings with customers at their offices or business locations in Kraków and nearby areas. The role requires regular field work, building relationships directly with local businesses, and staying close to customers in their day-to-day environment.
This role combines customer-facing work, product thinking, business development, and customer success. You will work closely with local businesses to understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, support adoption of MyOS, and show how its agentic AI capabilities can help them drive tangible results — especially increased sales.
This position is about listening, problem-solving, building trust, and staying engaged with businesses over time. You will help companies move from curiosity about AI to practical adoption, measurable outcomes, and new revenue opportunities.
A key part of the role will be close collaboration with the development team. You will gather feedback from customers, identify recurring needs and pain points, translate them into clear product requirements, and help prioritize improvements, new features, and system enhancements.
We are looking for someone commercially minded, credible with business customers, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, experimental environment. You should be excited to test new approaches, learn quickly from the market, and help shape how agentic AI is introduced to businesses in a way that feels useful, accessible, and outcome-driven.
