  • Education or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in Field Service Dispatch or a similar role. Candidates with a background in customer service or administrative support are also encouraged to apply. Dispatching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in Czech or Slovak language, plus solid English.
  • Ability to work in hybrid mode (3 days per week from Warsaw office).
