Our requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Core Web3 Developer role
- Ability to translate complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in modern programming languages: Rust, Go, Solidity, Python, or TypeScript
- Advanced English proficiency (min. C1) to ensure fluent communication with international clients

Your responsibilities
- Partnering with external clients, financial institutions, and partners to design and deploy blockchain solutions into their existing technical stacks
- Leading the technical deployment of projects and designing secure workflows for minting, burning, and stablecoin payments
- Building and optimizing off-chain ledger systems to efficiently manage distributed financial transactions
- Implementing tools from the AI SDLC, intelligent agents, and machine learning models into blockchain data pipelines
- Acting as a critical feedback loop between our external partners and our internal engineering teams
