Front-end Software Engineer 2 (Advertising)

Our requirements

• Technical skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React and AI-driven development. Openness to developing backend skills.
• Mindset and initiative: A proactive, ownership-driven approach - initiating technical discussions and seeking solutions rather than simply executing pre-defined specifications.
• Commercial experience: Solid experience as a Software Engineer building complex, high-traffic web applications.

Optional

• Experience or interest in the AdTech domain or web privacy standards (GDPR, CMP/consent management).

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership: Leading and driving technical initiatives from conceptualization and architectural design through to production deployment (moving beyond ticket-driven development).
• Architectural design: Proposing, discussing, and implementing modern, scalable frontend solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with UX designers, data analysts, business partners, and other engineering teams to turn complex ideas into seamless user experiences.
• Ensuring quality and engineering standards: Participating in code reviews, sharing knowledge, and continuously improving our technical stack and developer workflows.
