Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development roles
- Strong experience with Java and Python in a production environment
- Deep understanding of Spring Framework, REST APIs, and event-driven systems
- Good knowledge of microservices architecture and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Understanding of software engineering principles: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across front-end, back-end, and integrated systems
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a global Agile team

- Experience or interest in:
- Prompt engineering, LLM integrations (LangChain, LangGraph)

Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services
- Work as part of a 4-6 person Agile team, pairing with other developers and a dedicated product owner
- Take business requirements, decompose them into stories, and deliver iteratively to production
- Provide production support as part of the team’s “build and support” culture
- Proactively identify and reduce technical debt while delivering new features
- Design and implement solutions following internal technology, security, and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with peers and share knowledge across global locations
