Our requirements
- Preferably with a technical education background
- 2-3 years of experience in development (building components)
- Preferably knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
- Organizational and planning skills
- Curious on technology and self-driven on learning
- Curiosity about how AI and agentic tooling can improve both the way we build and what we build - hands-on experience is a plus, an open mind is a must
- Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding
Your responsibilities
- Developing robust applications using your Salesforce toolbox, including Apex, LWC, Flows, CI/CD
- Managing and mitigate technical debt
- Full ownership of the build solutions from build to operations
- Staying updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features and industry best practices and apply and guide the teams
- Playing a key role in designing and establishing coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for development
- Working with agentic engineering tools as a natural part of the development process, and helping us evolve how we use them
