Our requirements
- 4+ years of experience in developing and supporting distributed systems written in Java,
- Ability to design and develop microservices using Java 25 and Spring Boot,
- Experience as a Java software developer, with strong knowledge of current Java technologies/frameworks and DevOps tools,
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly present, communicate, and explain problems and technical issues across areas and disciplines,
- Proven ability to work across regions while maintaining a global perspective and a results-oriented, structured, and independent working approach,
- Business-ready English language skills; German language skills are a plus,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools: JIRA/Confluence, Ansible, Vulnerability Remediation, CI/CD automation,
- Technology stack: Java SE, Angular, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Apache Beam, Apache Flink, GCP, Redis, REST APIs, Ansible, Jenkins.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the adoption of DevOps and Agile principles and culture,
- Collaborate closely with product owners, IT specialists from various disciplines, IT architects, and IT management,
- Analyze technical and non-technical requirements and provide service-oriented advice to stakeholders,
- Design robust technical solutions and processes and implement them using modern agile methods,
- Actively participate in the service management community, engaging in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Delivery,
- Apply SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles to continuously improve platform reliability, capacity, and performance, reducing toil and enhancing observability,
- Develop observability tools and techniques for monitoring, alerting, incident detection, response, capacity management, and release safety.
