Fullstack Developer

Our requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Fullstack Developer working with C#/.NET and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and backend development fundamentals.
• Experience building modern web applications with React, TypeScript, Responsive Web Design, and contemporary frontend patterns.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and software quality best practices.
• Ability to manage complexity by designing simple, maintainable solutions and recognizing when code becomes difficult to understand.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and a strong interest in keeping up with industry developments.
• Ability to work independently while actively seeking support when needed and sharing knowledge with teammates.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Optional

• Experience working with distributed services across multiple geographical regions.
• Interest in application and system performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns.
• Experience with microfrontend architectures.
• Knowledge of observability practices, including logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features within a geographically distributed, domain-driven microservices platform.
• Take ownership of features from implementation and testing through to release, ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback on design, readability, and maintainability while strengthening engineering judgment.
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested, performant code and apply the appropriate level of engineering to each task.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Team Managers, and teammates during planning, estimation, and refinement activities.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools in daily work and stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.
