Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of development experience
- Deep understanding of software development concepts (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD)
- Demonstrated experience in Python + basic Java
- Extensive experience with Spring Framework
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience in machine learning, NLP, AI, or Data Science (advantageous)
- Ability to teach and collaborate with engineers to design new systems and solutions
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Prior experience with event streaming technology
- Prior experience with microservices
Your responsibilities
- Work within a team of 4–6 people with a dedicated product owner (teams may be co-located or geographically dispersed)
- Break down business requirements into user stories and deliver them iteratively to production
- Provide product support as part of the team’s responsibility ("the team builds it, the team supports it")
- Identify technical debt and ensure a balanced prioritization between addressing tech debt and delivering new functionality
- Design solutions for new items while ensuring compliance with technology guidelines and constraints
- Collaborate through pairing with other team members
