Your responsibilities

  • Active monitoring of the production to detect any incidents
  • Communicating incidents with the good level to all users and top management and following the incident process and coordinating the resolution of the incident with all stakeholders
  • Active participation to the chapter production to identify topic which permit to improve our production quality or our efficiency
  • Answering to the users’ requests by priority with a good level of explanation
  • Analysing and finding solution to solve issues
  • Ensuring that documentation is up to date
  • Challenging the users’ requests if the request is not appropriate
  • Acting as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to one Feature team: raising priorities, participating to the demonstrations, sharing the production perspective to the Feature Team and challenging them for all questions relative to the maintenance of the production.
  • Ensuring the Handover with other regions (France, India, North America)
  • Performing sanity check for each release to production and raising an alert in case of issue

With 11 colleagues and your direct manager you will maintain and develop Loan IQ – an application used by the Structured Finance teams. As a member of LOAN IQ Support Team & Production Chapter, your goal will be to contribute to the IT production level of service, quality and user satisfaction.
Your goal will be to ensure a Business Analyst role in an Agile environment.
