Generative AI Engineer

Our requirements

• 3+–5 years of professional programming experience, preferably in backend or full-stack roles.
• Practical experience with Node.js and Python in production environments.
• Direct experience integrating LLMs through APIs and applying prompt engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with building or participating in projects that include agentic AI; prior involvement in at least one such project is required.
• Nice to have: Experience with cloud deployment and operations on at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, observability and performance tuning.
• Relevant roles that commonly match this profile include Backend Developer (Node.js/Python), AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer with a generative AI focus, or LLM Engineer.

Optional

• Experience with cloud deployment and operations on at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement applications using TypeScript and/or Python.
• Develop and maintain backend services primarily with Node.js.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) via APIs and manage their lifecycle within applications.
• Compose, test and optimize prompts to improve model outputs (prompt engineering).
• Build agentic AI components capable of executing multi-step or complex tasks; contribute to agent design and orchestration.
• Integrate AI-driven features with databases, third-party APIs and internal systems.
• Deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure they meet operational requirements.
• Establish testing, monitoring and performance-optimization practices for AI-enabled systems.
