Our requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise in an enterprise-scale environment
- Proven experience in administration and operation of GitHub organizations (users, teams, permissions, SSO, subscriptions)
- Strong experience in repository management and governance, including lifecycle management and policy enforcement
- Demonstrated experience in security and compliance implementation (e.g. access control, branch protection, org-level security settings)
- Practical experience with GitHub Copilot administration and governance (license handling, usage control, enterprise adoption)
- Experience in usage monitoring, reporting, and analytics for SaaS platforms
- Strong experience in enterprise documentation and runbook creation for operational processes
- Fluent English
Your responsibilities
- Analysing and evaluating GitHub organisation subscription usage and renewal options
- Analysing Copilot usage and creating usage reports based on defined reporting intervals
- Configuring and implementing org-level security and SSO settings based on defined specifications
- Designing authorization concepts for operation, access, and on-/offboarding management of users and teams
- Coordinating with GitHub support on incidents
- Creating, configuring, and archiving repositories
- Providing status information on defined deliverables to designated stakeholders
- Evaluating Copilot seat requests based on predefined criteria
- Creating and updating documentation, including policies and runbooks, based on defined requirements
