Who are you?
You have a proven experience and knowledge within reporting and automations; preferably within HR master data processes.
As you will be working closely with local HR and managers across the global Danish Crown Group, so you need to have flair for good service while also demonstrating great attention to details and balancing global standardizations with local requirements.
You have:
  • Strong knowledge of excel, macro, WBA, Power Automate or similar.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to details.
  • Good communication skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience with reporting and automation preferably within an HR field.
  • Experience from similar roles, preferably working with master data in SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Structured approach and logical way of thinking
  • Very good English skills (min B2).
  • Your responsibilities

    Area of Responsibility
    As Global HR Master Data and Automation Analyst, you will be part of Danish Crown People & Culture, managing key reporting and automation processes that support the daily operations in regional countries. With an increasing focus on enabling efficiencies via further digitalization and automation, the main responsibility is to support operational procedures within automated flows.
    The primary responsibility of the team of 9, is to manage global HR master data and recruiting processes in SAP SuccessFactors. In doing so, it is key to gatekeep the data quality and ensure data validation through data completeness and accuracy, while at the same time deliver high quality service to the business in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreement.
    More specifically, you will:
  • Manage and run automation flows within Power Automate to support local HR operations.
  • Support with reporting from SAP and SuccessFactors
  • Create, maintain and update employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors, by supporting transactions for Hirings, Job Changes, Terminations, Personal Data changes and other HR processes, as required.
  • Generate digital legal documents such as contracts and addendums.
  • Gatekeeper of data and document quality by ensuring data completeness and accuracy
  • Provide high quality and timely support and service to the business; local HR, managers and employees
