Our client is building a stronger global HRIS environment to support efficient HR operations, improve employee experience, and ensure reliable data-driven decision-making. This role will have a direct impact on how HR systems are configured, governed, optimized, and adopted across the organization.
As a Global HRIS Senior Specialist, you will act as a global subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone LMS. You will configure and enhance HR systems, manage global release activities, support integrations and reporting, and partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders. This is a hands-on, strategic specialist role with strong ownership of system quality, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
