Requirements

Your responsibilities

  • participating in the development of global solutions
  • supporting the coordination of the international implementation and roll-out of digital learning and information platforms e.g. Learning Management Systems (Success Factors), LinkedIn Learning, Speexx
  • maintaining the digital learning and information platforms e.g. Learning Management Systems (Success Factors), LinkedIn Learning, Speexx, SharePoint, etc.
  • managing, administrating ans supporting technical platform
  • supporting design, delivery and operationalization of digital learning formats and offerings (e.g.,WBTs, videos, Learning Journeys)
  • organising and supporting system-related learning processes/learning offerings
  • managing external service providers (offer negotiations, commissioning, coordination between the business unit and the service provider, onboarding, etc.)
  • ordering and (billing) processing (entry in the procurement tool, invoice verification, obtaining the required approvals, coordination with Procurement)
  • assisting with controlling activities for the evaluation of training and development measures

Our requirements

  • fluency in English (C1)
  • Master's degree (IT/technical field) or equivalent ideally with additional specialization or degree related to Learning or another area of ​​HR
  • 2-5 years of experience in the delivery and management of digital learning tools (preferably Learning Management Systems: Success Factors) as well as experience in IT technologies, processes and user support
  • ability to support upload, testing, publishing and maintenance of learning content
  • great skills and experience in creating reports (e.g. participation, completion, usage)
  • interest in using data to evaluate training measures and derive improvements
  • experience in coordinating external providers (e.g. exchanging information, clarifying requirements, following up on deliveries)
  • understanding of ordering and invoicing processes (ideally with experience in a procurement tool)
  • strong customer mindset towards HR, managers and learners
  • high willingness to learn new tools and processes
  • good organizational, coordination, and communication skills with a results- and solution-oriented mindset
  • comfortable working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional, international, and service-oriented environments
