  • Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Performance & Goals (PMGM)
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or global rollout projects
  • Understanding of compensation, performance and talent management processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Experience working with global stakeholders in an international environment
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus
  • Fluent English and proactive approach
  • Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification

Your responsibilities

  • Lead global SAP SuccessFactors Compensation initiatives and system enhancements
  • Support and optimize Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals and Succession & Development
  • Support annual compensation review and bonus planning processes
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Conduct workshops and collaborate closely with global HR, Compensation and business stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best-practice solutions aligned with the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap
  • Drive global rollouts, system improvements and integration initiatives
  • Manage SuccessFactors-related projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
