  • Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset

  • Own Data Governance and Master Data Quality within your business domain
  • Define and maintain data standards, business rules and governance principles
  • Drive data quality improvements and coordinate data cleansing initiatives
  • Evaluate and prioritize data and template enhancement requests
  • Partner with business stakeholders, Data Specialists, Super Users and IT teams
  • Support reporting, analytics and AI-related initiatives through reliable data structures
  • Promote data ownership and governance best practices across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with group-wide standards and governance frameworks
  • Lead and develop a team of Data Specialists
  • Train the organization on standards, governance policies and best practices

We are looking for a Group Data Governance Manager to strengthen our Shared Service Center in Gdańsk and support the development of consistent, reliable and scalable data governance practices across the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving data quality, defining governance standards, and ensuring master data is managed effectively across your business domain. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data Specialists, Super Users and IT teams to improve data quality, support business processes and enable data-driven decision-making.
