Your responsibilities

  • Support governance activities across technology programs and projects.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor adherence to governance standards, controls, and delivery frameworks.
  • Review project health, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, assumptions, and decisions.
  • Challenge gaps in governance processes, reporting quality, and control execution.
  • Support change control, executive reporting, project assurance, and governance reviews.
  • Ensure governance of artefacts, plans, forecasts, status updates, and reporting to meet agreed standards.
  • Escalate governance concerns, risks, and compliance issues when required.
  • Support portfolio planning, project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
  • Maintain governance documentation, playbooks, templates, and guidance materials.
  • Produce management reporting, portfolio insights, compliance updates, and governance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and management of information requests.
  • Track governance actions and support follow-throughs on remediation activities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify governance processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the design, documentation, and support of internal workflows, approval processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Create and maintain clear process documentation, SOPs, workflow maps, and user guidance.
  • Design and support approval of workflows and process automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites used for governance content, SOPs, guidance, templates, and communications.
  • Support improvements across governance tools and reporting processes.
  • Work with stakeholders to streamline controls, workflow steps, hand-offs, and manual activities.
  • Build strong working relationships with business, technology, PMO, and governance stakeholders.
  • Facilitate governance forums, status reviews, working sessions, and issue discussions.
  • Provide governance guidance on standards, templates, controls, and reporting requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and escalate risks or issues when required.
  • Support delivery teams in understanding and meeting governance expectations.
  • Promote consistency, transparency, and quality across governance and reporting practices.

About the project

This role will support portfolio governance, project oversight, compliance reporting, process improvement, and PMO operations across a complex technology environment.
The role requires experience supporting project governance, PMO activities, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance. The successful candidate will help ensure projects and programs follow required standards, maintain accurate data, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders. They will work within the PMO and governance function to monitor compliance with governance standards, challenge inconsistencies, identify risks and gaps, and help ensure delivery teams execute against established processes and controls.
Experience with Clarity, Jira, and SharePoint, together with expertise in developing, managing, and enhancing Power Automate workflows and process automations to support team and business operations, is highly desirable. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Minimum Salary:​ zł132,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
