Nasze wymagania
- At least 3–4 years of experience in hardware design
- Commercial experience in electronics design, from schematic and multilayer PCB to a working device
- Hands-on experience in designing boards using radio communication and integrating radio modules
- Knowledge of RF trace routing principles and controlled-impedance design
- Proficiency in a schematic and PCB design tool
- Experience in hardware bring-up and diagnostics
- Hands-on experience with measurement equipment, including logic analyzers, oscilloscopes and multimeters
- Soldering skills, both through-hole (THT) and SMD components
- English at minimum B2 level
Mile widziane
- Experience with battery-powered devices or Power-over-Ethernet power supply
- Hands-on experience in antenna matching and measurements, or integrating multiple radio technologies in a single device
- Automation of RF measurements and calibration
- Knowledge of UWB (Ultra-Wideband)
- Experience with 3D printing
- Ability to design simple enclosures in CAD software
- Experience with FW programming (C language)
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Designing multilayer PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) integrating radio modules
- Selecting and integrating off-the-shelf antennas and antenna modules, including their placement and RF (Radio Frequency) matching
- Selecting components and preparing hardware documentation and bills of materials (BOM)
- Cooperating with suppliers on prototype manufacturing and assembly, as well as bring-up and debugging of boards
- Aligning hardware solutions with the firmware team
O projekcie
We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to join our in-house engineering team at our office in Gdańsk. You will work on hardware for our internal projects, including our own product, as well as on hardware projects delivered for our clients.
This is a hands-on role covering the full hardware development cycle, from component selection and schematic design, through multilayer PCB layout with integrated radio modules, to prototype bring-up and a working device. You will work closely with our firmware engineers in a cross-functional team.
