Your responsibilities
As Head of IT Product, Settlement, you will lead the overall performance, development and strategic direction of the Settlement product area. Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, architects and engineering teams, you will ensure that technology investments deliver business value, stable operations and future growth. Your responsibilities will include
▪️Set the strategic direction for the Settlement and Business Core area and align business priorities, product strategy and technology.
▪️Drive business value through prioritisation, roadmap execution and continuous improvement.
▪️Lead the modernisation of the Settlement technology landscape, including the transition towards the future Settlement Platform.
▪️Drive the use of Azure Cloud and API-based integrations to support business-critical processes.
▪️Build strong partnerships across business and IT, ensuring alignment on priorities, investments and outcomes.
▪️Lead financial planning, governance, vendor management and operational performance while developing a high-performing team.

▪️Experience driving technology modernisation and transformation in complex environments.
▪️Good understanding of cloud technologies, integration architectures and enterprise technology landscapes.
