- At least 5 years of experience working with IAM in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with IAM integrations and hybrid (cloud/on-premise) environments
- Ability to design IAM solutions and work with security policies and standards
- Experience troubleshooting IAM-related issues and performing root cause analysis
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (presence in the office twice a week)
- Fluency in English
- Residing in Poland required
