Our requirements

• Solid experience in IT operations, user administration, or system maintenance, with a proven background in Identity & Access Management.
• Practical familiarity with directory services and cloud identity layers, particularly Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Entra.
• Experience with enterprise IAM systems like SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or authentication platforms like Ping Identity.
• Ability to write or modify automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell) and understanding of integration formats/languages (Java, XML, JSON) to connect target systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to crack 2nd/3rd level tickets, paired with an eye for detail needed for QA, workflow testing, and writing documentation.
• Curiosity or existing knowledge regarding Agentic AI and how to manage security/identities for automated AI agents.
• Good command of English B2/C1 level.
• German language would be an advantage.

Your responsibilities

• Identity Lifecycle & Governance: Manage day-to-day identity operations (Joiners, Movers, Leavers), automate onboarding/offboarding workflows, control data migration when needed, and monitor compliance-driven access controls.
• Operations & Project: Balance core operational stability and Quality Assurance with taking over implementation tasks and configuration updates within the IAM platforms.
• Platform & Tool Management: Maintain, configure, and help evolve our core toolset, specifically focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Entra, and Ping Identity products.
• Operational IAM Maintenance & Support: Handle end-user tickets, troubleshoot complex identity/access issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and look for systemic solutions to recurring problems.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform rigorous test activities, handle QA for identity workflows, formulate clear IAM process descriptions, and maintain updated technical documentation.
• Process Automation: Optimize identity provisioning and cross-system workflows by creating and maintaining automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell) and custom integration logic (Java, XML, JSON).
• Creating the Future of IAM (Agentic AI): Participate in a completely new, cutting-edge story: building and controlling IAM processes specifically designed for AI agents (Agentic AI).
