Industrial Process & Functional Consultant

Your responsibilities

• Advise clients on redesigning and harmonizing end-to-end industrial processes across materials management, production planning and execution, and sales and order fulfillment.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities and define future-state processes, business requirements and priorities using fit-to-standard principles.
• Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solution concepts and foundational configuration across SAP MM or PP or SD.
• Facilitate client workshops, structure business challenges and develop recommendations, process models, decision materials and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate across business and technology teams to manage dependencies in organizational structures, master data and integration with warehousing, quality, finance and manufacturing systems.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, information systems or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation or SAP-enabled projects in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end industrial processes across materials management, production planning and execution, and sales and order fulfillment, including the dependencies between them.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA functional experience across MM or PP or SD, with the ability to translate business requirements into solution design and foundational configuration; expertise in at least one area is expected.
• Consulting and advisory skills, including structured problem solving, process redesign, requirements definition, workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication; excellent written and spoken English is required.

Optional

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation, fit-to-standard assessment, process harmonization or global template design.
• Experience shaping target processes, implementation roadmaps or business cases for industrial transformation programs.
• Experience in industrial equipment, discrete or process manufacturing, or another asset-intensive industry.
• Exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing, PP/DS, MES or related advanced manufacturing and planning solutions.
• German or French language skills.
