Infrastructure Consultant (Linux)

Our requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience in Linux administration.
• You have strong knowledge of Linux distributions, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux, AlmaLinux, and Ubuntu.
• You have hands-on experience with Ansible and Linux automation.
• You are familiar with repository management tools such as Nexus and Red Hat Satellite.
• You have working knowledge of ITIL, ITSM practices, and ServiceNow.
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills when addressing technical challenges.
• You communicate effectively and are confident in presenting information, reporting, and collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
• You are able to manage multiple priorities and continuously develop your technical expertise.
• Experience with Puppet and Ansible Automation Platform is an advantage.

Your responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues related to Linux server infrastructure.
• Implement and manage changes across Linux server environments.
• Manage user access and maintain Linux repositories.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on Linux server infrastructure performance and status.
• Drive the resolution of identified issues and support server hardware when required.
• Enhance, maintain, and ensure consistency of system configurations across the environment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and work instructions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams, provide technical guidance, and represent Linux infrastructure topics in discussions with clients and service stakeholders.
