- Hands-on experience in infrastructure lifecycle engineering
- Experience working with plant technology and OT infrastructure
- Understanding of Plant/OT, PCS, and MOM/MES environments and their dependencies
- Experience with lifecycle assessments, infrastructure refresh planning, and obsolescence management
- Strong understanding of capacity, availability, resilience, and infrastructure risk management
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, storage, and networking
- Experience with Nutanix infrastructure
- Ability to create solution documentation, implementation plans, and operational handover materials
- Experience coordinating vendors and managing infrastructure changes
- Understanding of plant technology strategy and infrastructure modernization
- Good communication skills in Polish, English is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel by car to nearby locations as required
Your responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end lifecycle support for plant infrastructure
- Assess infrastructure health, lifecycle status, technical debt, and obsolescence risks
- Perform and coordinate hardware installation, cabling, labelling, power validation, configuration, and connectivity checks
- Support Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, compute, storage, and networking
- Deploy, administer, and support Nutanix infrastructure, including AHV clusters, Prism management, node expansion, health checks, capacity monitoring, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management
- Coordinate infrastructure activities across Plant/OT, PCS, and MOM/MES environments
- Maintain lifecycle roadmaps, asset records, technical documentation, and risk registers
- Coordinate activities with vendors, site teams, engineering teams, and operational support functions
- Support OS deployments, infrastructure upgrades, workload migrations, cutovers, patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities
- Support LCM asset provisioning, capacity planning, and Service Introduction activities
- Contribute to plant technology strategy and infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Travel by car to nearby locations when required to support lifecycle activities
