Invoice to Cash Product Analyst - SAP AR (IT&Data)

Our requirements

• Strong understanding of I2C (Order-to-Cash) business processes
• Solid knowledge of SAP AR, including hands-on experience in system configuration and customization
• Solid experience in IT applications support/CRs management and IT projects management
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization, supported by strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective, business-oriented solutions
• Ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple priorities in a structured manner
• High adaptability and ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is required; French or Polish would be considered an advantage

Your responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Collaborate with Product Owner to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Requirements Communication: Help the Product Owner to communicate and explain the business needs in a way that everyone understands.
• Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Identifying patterns, trends, and correlations that can inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Risk management: Support the Product Owner in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact the success of the Product.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively seeks feedback from stakeholders, team members, and end-users to identify areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder communication: Supports the Product Owner to communicate with the stakeholders to understand them as much as possible
• Product Performance Analysis: Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance product effectiveness and profitability.
• Program & project management: Manage or participate in programs & projects related to the product and to e-invoicing
• Play internal Subject Matter Expert role for SAP Accounts Receivables
