Experience:
Option 1: A minimum of 2 years of experience in computer networking operations, network management or utilization of

Your responsibilities
The Information Technology (IT) Administrator is part of the Diplomatic Technology (DT) Customer Engagement team, responsible for administering IT systems to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Key duties include providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, conducting system analysis, managing configurations, and operating systems with post-wide impact. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, supporting network security, performing system audits, and educating users on information security best practices. The IT Administrator also participates in DT initiatives and performs other assigned duties to ensure comprehensive IT support.
