- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery
- Experience in data-related domains (data platforms, analytics, data governance) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with UX design and prototyping in Figma
- Strong ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams in close collaboration with developers
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
- Fluent written and spoken English (documentation and communication with international stakeholders)
Your responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Conduct UX reviews and contribute to end-to-end user experience of the marketplace
- Work closely with software developers on a daily basis to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented
- Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
