Our requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT/data-related roles,
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt,
- Very good knowledge of SQL, including experience with Snowflake SQL and MS SQL,
- Experience in data modeling, data mapping, and data pipelines,
- Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications,
- Ability to combine technical data expertise with a strong understanding of business needs,
- Understanding of modern software architecture concepts such as DDD, event sourcing, and microservices,
- Experience or practical familiarity with AI/LLM-based tools such as Copilot or agentic solutions,
- Previous experience in banking or financial services,
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Your responsibilities
- Gather, clarify, and document functional and non-functional requirements,

- Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, and test engineers,
- Design and develop data models, mappings, and data-intensive solutions,

- Contribute to solution design, maintainability, and application architecture,
- Take ownership of requirements documentation, including use cases,
- Promote data quality, analytical best practices, and continuous improvement across teams.
