• The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all core business systems—Shopify, HubSpot, NetSuite, Celigo, and ShipStation—are correctly integrated, fully optimised, and fit for purpose.
• This role ensures that systems meet company standards for usability, data quality, compliance, and performance. The analyst acts as the bridge between business teams and technical implementation, ensuring that workflows, integrations, and automations work seamlessly across departments.
• This position plays a key role in supporting operations, eCommerce, customer experience, finance, and commercial teams by maintaining stable platform connectivity and ensuring accurate, reliable data flow.

• Business Systems Ownership
• Maintain deep understanding of Shopify, HubSpot, NetSuite, Celigo, and ShipStation—their capabilities, limitations, and best‑fit use cases.
• Evaluate whether systems are configured correctly and aligned with company processes and standards.
• Recommend optimisations, upgrades, or software changes when current systems no longer meet requirements.
• Support cross‑functional teams to ensure each system delivers accurate data and functionality to the business.
• Systems Integration & Automation
• Manage and maintain integrations between Shopify, HubSpot, NetSuite, Celigo, and ShipStation using tools such as Celigo integrator.io, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs.
• Monitor integration flows daily, resolving sync failures, data mismatches, or automation breakdowns.
• Create standardised mappings, naming conventions, schemas, and attribute structures for consistent data flow across all platforms.
• Lead testing and validation of all changes or new integrations before go‑live.
• Ensuring Systems Are Fit‑for‑Purpose
• Assess business needs and ensure systems are configured to support efficient processes, accurate reporting, and user experience.
• Conduct gap analysis when issues arise and propose system‑level solutions.
• Participate in vendor evaluations and produce recommendations for system changes or new platforms.
• Ensure all systems follow company policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Standards, Governance & Data Quality
• Enforce consistent product data, attributes, collections, categorisation, and naming standards across all systems.
• Own documentation for systems architecture, workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure accurate synchronisation between systems (e.g., HubSpot ↔ NetSuite, Shopify ↔ NetSuite).
• Collaborate with teams to validate workflows meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, eCommerce, Data, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver systems improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development or integration changes.
• Communicate system changes, risks, and impact to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
• Application Administration & Support
• Support day‑to‑day administration for NetSuite (fields, workflows, roles, saved searches), Shopify (products, metafields, flows), and HubSpot (objects, workflows).
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for system issues, escalating to vendors when required.
• Manage access, permissions, and security controls across systems.
• Service Desk Support, Ticket Handling & Office Hardware Tasks
• Respond to day-to-day related tickets raised by staff, providing clear and helpful support.
• Prioritise and update tickets accurately, ensuring users receive timely communication and resolutions.
• Support ad‑hoc IT and security tasks as required, including small fixes, configuration checks, and system updates.
• Help maintain office hardware such as laptops, docking stations, printers, and network devices, ensuring secure configurations and correct asset assignment.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including device preparation, account setup, permissions, and secure device handling.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary while documenting findings clearly.
