Our requirements

  • Proven experience in IT application management within Finance or Group Reporting environments
  • Good understanding of consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and financial reporting
  • Hands-on experience with OneStream is highly preferred; experience with Oracle HFM, Oracle EPM Cloud, or similar tools is also welcome
  • Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Fluent English

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and own IT applications supporting Group Consolidation and Reporting, with a focus on OneStream and similar tools (e.g., Oracle HFM, Oracle EPM Cloud)
  • Work closely with Finance and Group Reporting teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead application lifecycle activities, including implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and ongoing support
  • Drive process improvements and automation within consolidation and reporting processes
  • Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate work with external consultants when needed
  • Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
  • Provide training and support to key users and stakeholders
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues or areas for improvement
