IT Business Analyst - AI Adoption

Our requirements

• A relevant master's degree, for example in business administration, digital business, information systems, or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a business analysis, consulting, data, or digital role, or a demonstrated track record of structured problem-solving in comparable work.
• Full professional fluency in English (mandatory).
• The ability to turn input from users and stakeholders into clear, well-documented requirements for a development team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
• Strong knowledge of the AI landscape (LLMs) and familiarity with ML concepts, including a practical understanding of prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and a practical understanding of their applications and limitations.
• The confidence to ask probing questions of colleagues at all levels and challenge assumptions constructively.

Optional

• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and backlog management tools.
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
• Experience with enterprise AI assistants such as Microsoft Copilot, or other large language model tools.
• Experience in adoption, change management, training, or internal communications.
• Knowledge of responsible and compliant AI use in an enterprise setting.

Your responsibilities

• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the backlog, ensuring user feedback is correctly represented.
• Build the case for proposed initiatives: estimate value, effort, and risk to support prioritisation decisions.
• Translate gathered user feedback and bugs into formal user stories and bugs in ADO.
• Analyse usage and feedback data to track adoption, surface patterns, and report on how AI products perform.
• Act as a mandatory quality gatekeeper by performing functional and UAT on all relevant PRs before they are released.
• Support with the creation and maintenance a library of educational materials like posters, guides, and short videos.
• Moderate all official user communication channels, including the main Teams channels.
