Our requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or automotive industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand both business needs and technical details
- Good understanding of data engineering concepts and data source mapping
- Knowledge of API design and lifecycle management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 2–3 days per week in the Warsaw office
Your responsibilities
- Gathering and prioritising business and functional requirements
- Translating business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to design effective solutions
- Supporting the development and management of large-scale product catalogues and APIs
- Mapping data sources and analysing data requirements
- Preparing process flows and project documentation
- Supporting test planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing
- Providing post-deployment support and contributing to continuous improvement
