IT Business Analyst

Our requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics or equivalent education
• Several years of work experience in IT or with IT systems, some of them in the manufacturing areas
• Preferably, knowledge and experience in the areas of manufacturing and machines, facilities maintenance processes
• English language skills (mandatory), German language skills are beneficial
• Knowledge of requirements and processes in the production environment of the automotive is a plus
• Team player and good communication skills

Your responsibilities

• Consult business partners on all IT topics, including innovations and IT trends
• Collaborates with business units to analyze and optimize business processes. Supports the modelling and design of processes
• Analyze and evaluate business requirements
• Derive and document IT requirements based on identified business requirements
• Testing of the requirements for feasibility
• Maintain MES, SCADA class system with local activities with a cooperation of global Center of Competence
• Support of IT change, demand, incident, problem, release processes to ensure implementation and operation of business processes
• Building the communication network with internal and external business partners
