Our requirements

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on IT, process management, logistics or project management.
  • Good understanding of business processes within production order management, logistics, production planning or supply chain management.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and discuss system-related solutions with IT specialists and other technical stakeholders.
  • Initial experience in process improvement, digitalization initiatives, business analysis or project management is an advantage.
  • Interest in data analytics, reporting and digital process solutions; first experience with tools such as Power BI and very good MS Office skills are desirable.
  • Good understanding of business processes within production order management, logistics, production planning or supply chain management.
  • Analytical mindset, structured way of working and the ability to solve complex problems in a goal-oriented manner.
  • High motivation to drive change, improve processes and contribute to digital transformation in an international production environment.
  • Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills, commitment and a pronounced affinity for IT and data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent English skills; basic German skills or willingness to learn German are welcome.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes, aprox. 1 per quarter

Your responsibilities

  • Support the international production network in the field of production order management, with a strong focus on logistics processes and customer order fulfillment.
  • Analyze business requirements and evaluate process and system-related solutions in close cooperation with international stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Plan, coordinate and implement process, system and data-related projects in cross-functional teams, including reporting and data visualization.
  • Act as an interface between business functions and IT, ensuring a common understanding of requirements, technical possibilities and implementation priorities.
  • Support the assessment of project scope, implementation effort, timelines and dependencies for process and IT initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for project management activities, including structuring work packages, tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring transparent communication.
  • Actively contribute to the digitalization and transformation of the MAN production network in the area of production order processing.
  • Develop customer-oriented solutions for truck order processes, including CBU, CKD and modification business, in a dynamic and international environment.
  • Proactively track, analyze and optimize the vehicle order backlog in line with company objectives, delivery performance and operational priorities.
  • Help shape future working methods, process standards and IT systems in order management and supply chain management.
