  • 1-2 years experience in:
  • WAN/Orders: Tech knowledge, procurement, vendor talks, documentation.
  • Tickets: ServiceNow, ITIL, issue analysis.
  • Assessment: Data analysis, requirements docs, team collaboration.
  • Communication: Vendor negotiations, internal updates.
  • CMDB: Database updates, config docs, automation.

Your responsibilities

  • WAN services and hardware ordering – quoting, ordering, communicating and archiving of orders
  • Maintaining tickets in Service Now
  • WAN requirements assessment based on the data provides by requestor.
  • Managing communication with the providers and within the organization
  • Maintaining network database (CMDB)
