- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Business Studies, Economics, or a related discipline (IT background not strictly required)
- 1-3 years of professional experience after graduation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of programming fundamentals and algorithmic thinking
- Ability to articulate solutions using pseudocode or practical tools
- Proficiency in Excel functions and formulas for data analysis
- Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
- Great interpersonal and presentation skills

Your responsibilities
