Our requirements
- Proven experience in IT application management, IT project management and IT support.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and data management ( Virtual platforms, DBs, middleware, backups, Cloud, networking).
- Waterfall/Agile project management experience is a must.
- Practical knowledge of vendor management and consolidation.
- Experience in coordinating complex change and harmonization projects.
- Experience with ISO 27001 would be advantageous.
- Advanced English.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of releases/small change/bug fixes/patches to resolve issues with running solutions, maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the application and to minimize the impacts of disruption following the introduction of these changes.
- Drive the adoption and continual evolution to ensure effective operation of incident, request & problem management.
- Establish & perform service performance reporting to equip stakeholders with the insight to gauge the effectiveness and performance of the solutions verses agreed expected SLA’s.
- Management and coordination of the acceptance of changes to the solutions providing live business services to protect the integrity and effectiveness of the application, through close collaboration with demand, project delivery & release teams.
- Lead collaboration with solution owners, providers, & change delivery teams to identify opportunities to improve the users experience through training, functional enhancement.
- Establish and perform supplier management processes.
