- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Finance Business Partnering, or IT Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar finance/reporting tools
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Optional
- Experience in IT, Technology, Shared Services, or Infrastructure Finance
- Knowledge of IT cost management, service costing, or chargeback models
- Experience working in a global and matrix organization
Your responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial performance reports
- Monitor actuals versus budget and forecast, identify variances, and provide actionable insights
- Analyze IT-related costs, vendor spend, project investments, and operational expenses
- Support business case development and investment evaluations
- Collaborate with IT leaders, project managers, procurement, accounting, and finance stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and financial processes
- Contribute to cost optimization and financial governance initiatives
