- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication in enterprise environments.
- Advanced knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and virtualization best practices.
- Extensive experience administering Windows Server environments.
- Strong expertise with storage solutions (SAN/NAS), storage provisioning, and performance management.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Understanding of disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity planning.
- Experience working with vendors and managing infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks through to completion.
- Strong communication skills and professional English
Your responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize VMware vSphere environments.
- Manage and support Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related services.
- Own and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication solutions, ensuring backup integrity, disaster recovery readiness, and successful restore testing.
- Manage enterprise storage platforms (SAN/NAS), including capacity planning, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure incidents and performance issues.
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with Service Desk teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to ensure stable operations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure standards.
- Support security, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities.
- Act as a senior escalation point and technical expert for infrastructure-related matters.
