Requirements
Your responsibilities
- Define and drive the digital transformation agenda across Europe.
- Partner directly with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Manufacturing.
- Evaluate, pilot and scale AI solutions that create measurable business value.
- Lead critical IT and business systems initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Work closely with users and stakeholders across multiple European locations to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and become a trusted advisor to both leadership and operational teams.
- Drive change in an environment where decisions are made quickly and initiatives move from idea to implementation.
Our requirements
- Experience in an IT leadership role within an international organization.
- Strong understanding of business systems, ERP and CRM platforms.
- Experience leading technology and digital transformation initiatives.
