IT Manager

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, including experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or similar), and enterprise infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Experience leading ERP implementation projects; SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing IT teams and external vendors.
• Strong project management skills with knowledge of Agile and/or ITIL frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Your responsibilities

• Bridge traditional IT systems (ERP, databases, business applications) with Operational Technology (OT) in a manufacturing environment.
• Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Partner with the Global IT team to develop and execute the local IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and business processes.
• Ensure IT systems comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and security standards.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including processes, systems, and policies.
• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
• Protect company systems and data through effective cybersecurity practices and security policies.
• Respond to IT security incidents, including malware attacks, cybersecurity threats, and system breaches.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the local IT team, including external service providers and contractors.
• Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective investments and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services and operational efficiency.
