We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IT Project Manager to support the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects within an international environment. The role is operational and focused on coordinating implementation activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery in cooperation with external delivery partners. The position will act as a client-side Project Manager, representing the business and coordinating with delivery partners responsible for implementation. The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working in Agile project environments. The initial focus will be on ServiceNow projects, with potential involvement in SAP-related initiatives in the future.
The projects include:
Implementation of approval workflows in ServiceNow – development of a workflow solution supporting executive board approval processes for one of the company’s regions. The role requires close cooperation with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Implementation of ServiceNow ticketing functionality for order management processes – configuration of an existing ServiceNow module to support dealer order requests, Central Order Desk operations, and routing orders to appropriate factories. The project has a global scope and requires strong stakeholder management.
Implementation of ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) / Project Management functionality – coordination of activities supporting project managers in adopting ServiceNow project management capabilities. The role requires understanding of ServiceNow best practices and the ability to quickly learn new platform functionalities.
The role is fully remote; however, occasional presence in the Kraków office (approximately 2 days per week) would be preferred to support collaboration and ensure dedicated engagement.
