Our requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Solution Architecture, or similar roles.
- Proven success delivering ERP and/or CRM implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, data architecture, APIs, and reporting tools.
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI solutions and digital transformation programs.
- Fluent English and Polish.
Your responsibilities
- Define and develop IT architecture across ERP, CRM, customer service, finance, and reporting platforms.
- Lead end-to-end IT projects, from planning and implementation to go-live and optimization.
- Partner with business teams to deliver scalable, efficient technology solutions.
- Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers.
- Support ERP harmonization, M&A integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Build the foundation for future AI and data-driven solutions.
