IT Project Manager (f/m)

Our requirements

• Completed university degree in business administration, engineering, IT, or a comparable field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of professional experience in project management
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in cross‑functional project work, rollouts, or migrations
• Strong understanding of project management methods (traditional and agile)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Confident use of project management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management

Optional

• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum Master)
• Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization
• Experience working in international matrix organizations
• Experience in service transition or change management
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks

Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk assessments
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and proactively address issues or deviations
• Facilitate communication between internal departments, management, customers, suppliers, and external service providers
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests according to established governance
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and relevant regulations
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, documentation, and methodology
• Prepare and conduct project presentations, workshops, and decision templates for management
• Ensure complete project documentation and smooth handover to operational teams or service functions
