IT Project Manager Intern (f/m/x)

Our requirements

• 4th or 5th-year university student
• Currently pursuing a degree related to IT Project Management, IT Management, or a similar field
• Basic understanding of IT team structures and software development processes
• Experience in organizing at least one event, student project, conference, hackathon, or student organization initiative
• Active development of professional interests through participation in student organizations, training courses, conferences, or university projects
• Very good command of Polish, both spoken and written
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level
• Willingness to work primarily from the office, approximately 3/4 of a full-time position

Optional

• Knowledge of Prince 2 Foundation
• Skills in German, Dutch, or Swedish

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating an internal IT project, from planning and team organization through to production deployment
• Planning and monitoring tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and ongoing issues
• Collecting status updates from team members and preparing project progress reports
• Organizing access, meetings, and other resources required for smooth project delivery
• Supporting the Delivery Manager in monitoring the project schedule, scope, budget, and risks
• Participating in Scrum team meetings and following up on agreed actions
• Preparing meeting notes, project summaries, status updates, and other project materials
• Supporting the organization of client meetings, including client visits to the office
• Communicating with stakeholders across different teams and ensuring a smooth flow of information
